Wow!! We sure didn't expect that many lambs from these two ewes. Ally the other 2 year old white Finn is due very soon. We think maybe two or three lambs?? My little Lacey will be at least another month. Everyone is so far doing well :-)

Holy cow! Or I should say, Holy sheep! Is it common for those ewes to have that many lambs? I know that it varies by breed to some extent but I thought that twins were as much as you could expect from sheep.
So cute, so very cute. This means à lot of spinning NeXT year :-)
Amazing! I have the same question as Susan ... is this common for this cross of sheep? We aren't having any lambs this spring and I miss them already. Hope to see more pictures as this gang grows up.
I thought three was too many lol We have two ewes that usually trip (see my blog :), but the daughter of one did it this year. I love the 'idea' of Finland sheep, but every time I think about the litters, I get over it :)
Congratulations! Your 2 ewes just had a Flock! And they're all healthy. Thats the main thing right now!. At this rate you'll have to start a wool mill to keep up with them :0)
Jody, they are precious. I wish I could see them in person. Lucky you.
Isn't it very unusual for a ewe to have 4 or 5 lambs?
wow. 5 lambs? that's a litter! How can she keep all those little babies fed?
Holy Sheep is right!
Congratulations on having a flock of lambs. May they all stay safe, healthy, grow up strong & all have the best fleeces for you to play with!
I've never heard of sheep having more than 3 lambs! I how the mothers cope well as they're such lovely looking families :)
Holy sheep is right! Will she be able to feed that many? I know it's not uncommon for the Finns to have a litter, but still...
OMG, this is like the story my Mom would have read me while I was growing up!
Adorable!
My girls love your babies! They've all picked out their faves. And of course, they all want one. Me too ~ lol :)
Enjoy!
