Cary from Serenity Farms included this Corriedale top from her own sheep for me to try. All of Cary's sheep are covered so the fleece is super clean :-)
She also included a few samples of her white Corriedale. Very fine and soft.
Another bit of extra fleece for me to try...this dark brown Corriedale (top & bottom pics) has a tiny bit of Merino so is very soft, fine and elastic!
This is a fine medium grey Corriedale lamb fleece (top & bottom pics). Nice long staple and wonderful handle.
I also purchased one pound of Francie's classic Corriedale fleece (top & bottom pics). Light grey colour. It is also nice and soft and lustrous.
I am very impressed with all of this Corriedale fleece. It is lovely and I highly recommend Serenity Farms. Cary's prices are excellent too :-)I've been spinning Lacey's white Finn fleece and am now onto the second bobbin. I will post when it is done. Her fleece is so shiney it glows.
What to spin next....hmmm....Corriedale, Cormo, Bond, Gotland, Cria????
